While I aim to deliver you an optimal experience, I understand not everyone will be satisfied. As a result to ensure I put forth the best effort to give my clients excellent service, below are my policies.

1. There is a 15 minute grace period for clients running late. Clients more than 15 minutes late will be charged a $25 late fee for every 15 minutes after grace period.
